Sorry guys, it's my fault, I was feeling tired and thinking about how I'd rather watch a Christmas movie and relax after work and not raid, but couldn't think of a valid excuse.

They look lovely. Sorry you no longer have them with you.
I am totally a cat person and my main mission in ESO is to collect all the feline pets in the game.

I also regret telling myself to be a responsible adult and do the dishes first when I got home, instead of logging right in. The trouble seems to have started at the exact moment I was done and wiped the counter.
The trouble always seems to begin the exact moment one is done and wipes the counter, doesn't it? It's also the point at which even more dishes seem to suddenly manifest in the sink out of no-where. I'm convinced there must be a portal connecting my sink to the rest of the neighborhood. I don't even have children, where does it all come from? I refuse to acknowledge my own role in this problem.

I checked what's classified as PG-13 and as far as I can tell bleeped profanity should be ok, so...
Viva La Dirt League recently started a new satirical series about management, development and community management at a fictional game company. Their latest video "the toxicity of mmo communities" had me laughing out loud more than I care to admit. If you haven't seen it yet and spend some time here on the forums, I think there's a chance you'll enjoy it as well.

✭I hope we will get something for compensation at least. In every video game when people can't play for mainteinance or failure... they get nice compensations ! Why don't we ???

Back in old EverQuest days, we'd blame Fippy Darkpaw for chewing up the wires. Here, I suspect skeevers, or very possibly daedrats. In fact, has anyone checked to make sure Arox is accounted for?

No problem. Let's see .... Everything has been erased... so we will just start from the beginning... because all the backups are gone....
Just the basic game ... no DLCs ... because we just have the one copy stored away in a time capsule ... and then for the first month, all you have to do is make a new account, download and install.
Think of it like ... Spring Cleaning .... before Christmas
Don't worry .... Be Happy !

There is! There’s a quest in Bangkorai with time travel, another in IIRC the Greymoor public dungeon, another in Apocrypha, and of course Pelinal Whitestrake was a cyborg from the future. And that’s not counting the ‘we sent your mind back in time’ quests like the ones in Glenumbra Moors and Murkmire.

A bunch of futuristic khajiits.
Since portals and teleportation exists in the game, why is there no time travel? There has to be an secretly technological advanced society in Tamriel somewhere. With the dwarf technology, khajiits finding a way to get to the moon, and magic, it should exist.
There are the two dome cities under the Abacean Bay. They'd be where I'd start looking.

There is only one authentication server (i.e. that deals with real money and what you've bought), which is in Texas.
i.e. the game server and the launcher have to talk to a single Texas server to know what you've paid for.

Pretty sure if folks stay within the realm of PG-13 - i.e. follow my first rule - they won't fall afoul of the Forum CoC (or at least, they shouldn't), but thanks for the reminder nonetheless!
Hope so.You know what happens otherwise
Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!

Yes, account and login servers are in NA. And for the record, EU players - if they were logged in at the time - were, and technically still able to, keep playing. I would be curious if there is a mini-competition over there for who will be the last person to log out in EU - how long will they be able to hold out?

I know there was concerns there would be some 'nadoes down in the Texas region late this week (source: Tim Reed, NWS, and other meterologists) - I sure hope that wasn't the actual reason why there was a power blackout.
Any Texas-based players able to confirm that Austin hasn't been hit by 'nadoes yet?

I have a routine where I park some toons at a treasure chest and then just cycle through them (login - take chest if there - logout). I do this because during loadscreens I can do a workout (ropeskipping) and still have some entertainment. During the last 2-3 months I had absolutely no time for this for various reasons (work, vacation, sick...), and today was the first time I finally could workout again. Well, after just 10 minutes the servers went down.
Conclusion - ZOS doesn't want me to workout. I'm sorry.#61
