✅ E-2 VISA APPLICATION APPROVED FOR AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZENBelow are just some interesting facts about the E-2 Treaty Investor visa:1. An E-2 Treaty Investor applicant must show an investment of personal funds, but your investment funds can be gifted to you by your family or even friends. The funds do not have to come directly from the E-2 treaty country. Our client from Australia had savings of $15,000 and the remaining investment of $85,000 was gifted to him by his father. His father's funds were transferred from Europe to the U.S.2. An E-2 Treaty Investor applicant is not required to have a Bachelor's or University degree. A degree is not a prerequisite to qualify for an E-2 visa. If you are able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to develop and direct your E-2 company, you have a chance of getting an E-2 visa.Learn more of our US Visa solution for Australian: https://lnkd.in/ebgw8UmOur client has no Bachelor's or University degree, but has actual, practical work experience in a company in Australia. He also has some training certifications relevant to what he plans to do with his E-2 company.3. If you are applying with a start-up E-2 company, you do not need to spend of of your investment funds at the time of the filing of your application. Our client has a total investment of $100,000 in his E-2 company, but he spent less than $30,000 on actual business expenses. There is a way to irrevocably commit your funds without having to spend everything, which is a great way to minimize the risk of losing money on the part of the treaty investor.4. There are no strict restrictions in terms of what your E-2 company can do. The E-2 company must provide a service or sell products. Of course, the business must be legitimate. The business plan must also show that the business will be more than marginal. Our client set up a management consulting services company and he leveraged on the proprietary system of his father's Europe-based company. #E2visa #treatyinvestor #investintheUSA #liveintheUSA #USvisa #nonimmigrantvisa
