Keto Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream Pure Cream
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Cocoa Powder
- 30 g Dark Chocolate / Bakers Chocolate 1 oz
- 2 tsp Erythritol
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the cream, water, cocoa powder and erythritol until it begins to boil.
Reduce the heat, adding the dark chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing around until completely melted.
Remove from the heat, place into a cup and enjoy.
