If you are the kind of person who loves to drink sodas or alcoholic beverages, change your habit now and switch to plain water or lemon juice.

CHOOSE YOUR FOOD

Catching up with family and friends is great during holiday season but you don’t want to ruin the whole activity just because you are on a strict diet and won’t participate in feasting. The primary key here is to eat moderately and choose healthy foods such as fruits, salads and other light dessert. You will still have fun with the gathering without even have to starve yourself.
